toooks ("we", "our", "the Platform") is a marketplace that connects travelers with vehicle rental companies. We do not own, operate, or maintain any rental vehicles. All rental agreements are between you and the respective rental company.
2. Bookings
When you make a booking through toooks, you enter into a rental agreement directly with the rental company. We facilitate the connection but are not a party to the rental contract. Booking confirmation, vehicle availability, and rental terms are provided by the rental company.
3. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available for most bookings made through toooks. Specific cancellation terms are determined by each rental company and displayed at the time of booking. We recommend reviewing the cancellation policy before confirming your reservation.
4. Pricing
Prices displayed on toooks are set by rental companies and may vary based on season, demand, and rental duration. All prices are shown in the local currency of the rental company. Additional fees such as insurance, fuel, or deposits may apply and will be communicated by the rental company.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and making bookings.
6. Limitation of Liability
toooks acts as a marketplace and is not responsible for the condition of rental vehicles, the conduct of rental companies, or any incidents during rental periods. Our liability is limited to the services we directly provide through the platform.
